I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Gero. the location was perfect; it was conveniently located by the river and also had easy access to the food area through a tunnel under the roadway. Secondly, the staff provided excellent service and were very attentive to detail. Lastly, the breakfast served in a very fine restaurant was absolutely delicious.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I couldn't find anything to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located by the river and not far from the train station. The rooms are comfortable and offer a nice view of the mountains. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread is quite satisfying, with a good selection of both Western and Asian dishes.
No major complaints, everything was satisfactory.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is very near to the station and has a tunnel under the roadway. the food options in the hotel are diverse, with a variety of local snacks and meals. the modern rooms offer a comfortable stay and a beautiful view of the river.
Some staff members had communication problems with non-Japanese-speaking customers, and the dinner experience did not live up to expectations.

This hotel offers great value for money with its spacious and comfortable rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, from the remodeled interior to the beautiful mountain view from the window. The location is ideal, right on the river with easy access to the onsen's restaurant in the center.
All was just fine, no improvements needed.

Great hot springs with traditional features. Beautiful view of the river. Large public bath. Convenient location close to the train station. Friendly and accommodating staff.
The room decoration is a bit dated. No private shower facilities in the room.
